Throughout my journey as an educator, administrator, and advocate, one core belief has guided me: meaningful change in education must be built from the ground up — driven by the needs of teachers, grounded in ethical practice, and designed to create opportunities for every learner.

When artificial intelligence began rapidly transforming the educational landscape, I recognized an urgent gap. Schools were adopting AI tools at a record pace, yet often without clear ethical guidelines, without thoughtful professional development, and without educator-driven frameworks to support responsible implementation. Technology was moving faster than policy, faster than training, and — most critically — faster than preparation.

I saw firsthand that teachers needed more than access to new technologies. They needed trusted support systems: real frameworks, clear policies, and practical training tailored specifically for the classroom — designed by educators, for educators.
